BroccoFlower Mash

Boil Water
Cut up a head of broccoflower and put in boiling water
Boil until tender

Cook a pound of Ground Beef
Season to taste
Drain and set a side

Place boiled broccoflower in a bowl
Cut up a stick of butter and put in
Add at least a tablespoon mayo
Add about tablespoon Bacon grease if you have it handy
Mix well together (Handmixer works good)

Pour cooked ground beef in and mix well

Enjoy

You can also make this with cauliflower or even mix cauliflower and broccoflower together
